Some pairs are already with us; others are currently in transit. If it’s live on the site, it means your pair is secured.

Delivery is 2–3 weeks depending on availability. When you order, you are locking in that exact pair. As soon as it lands with us, it gets shipped straight out to you.

All Bauer skates and components are visually inspected before sale; however, they are not brand new.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of secondhand skates and components, all sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. We strongly recommend checking images, sizing, and details before purchasing.

Returns can be made on new items in accordance with our returns policy.

Due to the nature of second-hand skates, we do not offer exchanges on used items.

Custom roller skate orders take 3–5 working days to build before dispatch. Delivery time will then depend on the shipping provider selected and your location.

International orders may take longer, and import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, where available.

If bearings, wheels, and laces are included in your order, your skates will arrive fully assembled and ready to skate straight out of the box.

These roller skates have been converted from hockey skates, so small signs of previous use such as minor scuffs or cosmetic wear may be present. All skates are carefully sourced, cleaned, and sanitised before sale
