All Bauer skates and components are visually inspected before sale; however, they are not brand new.

Due to the nature of secondhand skates and components, all sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. We strongly recommend checking images, sizing, and details before purchasing.

Returns can be made on new items in accordance with our returns policy.

Due to the nature of second-hand skates, we do not offer exchanges on used items.

Bauer boots are made in half sizes (point sizes). For example, a Bauer size 9 is approximately equivalent to a UK 9.5.

This means if you normally wear a UK 9, ordering a Bauer size 9 should provide a comfortable and accurate fit.

We still recommend checking the CM measurement in the sizing chart to ensure the best fit.

These roller skates have been converted from hockey skates, so small signs of previous use such as minor scuffs or cosmetic wear may be present. All skates are carefully sourced, cleaned, and sanitised before sale
