The majority of our boots have been previously used as either hockey skates or rollerskates, unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the images for any minor scratches or signs of use on the boots. It is recommended to thoroughly review the images before making a purchase. These skates still have plenty of life left and the minor imperfections do not affect their functionality.

Returns can be made on new items in accordance with our returns policy.

Due to the nature of second-hand skates, we do not offer exchanges on used items.

Custom roller skate orders take 3–5 working days to build before dispatch. Delivery time will then depend on the shipping provider selected and your location.

International orders may take longer, and import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, where available.

If bearings, wheels, and laces are included in your order, your skates will arrive fully assembled and ready to skate straight out of the box.

These roller skates have been converted from hockey skates, so small signs of previous use such as minor scuffs or cosmetic wear may be present. All skates are carefully sourced, cleaned, and sanitised before sale.
