Due to the nature of second-hand skates, we do not offer exchanges on used items.

Custom roller skate orders usually take 3–5 working days to build and prepare before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping provider selected and the destination.

International orders may take longer to arrive depending on the destination and shipping service. Please note that import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover these additional costs.

Each pair of roller skates is carefully sourced, cleaned, and sanitised before sale. Some skates may have been converted or refurbished by us, while others remain in their original condition. As these are previously used hockey skates, signs of wear may be present.
